To get started at Fit Crew, call 941.749.0400, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or book directly into one of our classes below to make an appointment to come to one of our group training sessions, personal training sessions, or nutrition consultations. The first group training session is always free, there will be no sales pressure, just arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled workout and come ready to train.
During your first visit you will be guided through the WOD by one of our trainers. You will be taught proper form and technique performing several basic bodyweight exercises. During this time, we observe your strengths and weaknesses and determine your current level of fitness. Every training period thereafter you will continue to be trained according to your level of fitness.
