JOrdan GUSH
trainer

Specializations
Sport-Specific Training
Functional Training
Agility

With almost a decade of experience, Jordan Gush is no stranger to athletics. His father was a D-1 football coach, so Jordan spent many hours of his youth at the field house and weight room. This experience instilled a deep-rooted passion and respect for sport-specific training that he has carried throughout his career as a trainer, coach, and athletic director. Jordan is intellectually curious, can often be found listening to a podcast, and is a strong believer that if you can’t explain something in fitness simply, you' don’t know it well enough.

What does your typical day look like? Always start the day with some coffee. It’s important that I have some time with no phone just thinking about the day ahead. Podcast on the drive to work is a must! Bring positive vibes to work. Usually, get home and read something, try to learn something new. Relax and prepare myself for the coming day.
