Read MoreMeet Sage, our Athlete of the month. Saige is the epitome of “bring your best then make it better” as she is always striving to be the best she can be. She originally joined us in January of 2020 and since then she has shown up to group classes and personal training willing to learn, grow, and encourage those around her. One of the most impressive things about Saige is the way that she shows her daughters what strong can look like. She makes the time to train and take care of herself no matter what, sometimes bringing her nine-month-old and eight-year-old to the gym.

They never fail to put a smile on your face and make you feel like one of their own. They have made leaps and bounds from the start of their fitness journeys, and are always looking to get better.
We love the energy they bring to the gym and the fact that they make working out an activity to do together after their son, Josh Williams, gave them a Fit Crew gift card for Christmas in 2020.

Bobby is extremely hard working and is always willing to try new things, regardless if they come naturally or not. Since joining Fit Crew and working closely with Coach Shannon, Bobby has improved his cardio, spending time and energy perfecting his rowing technique. He’s also built up a strong core, mastering decline sit-ups.
Bobby shows up to the gym ready to work and improve, truly embodying our motto of “bring your best, then make it better”. We’ve been honored to see Bobby transform both inside and out over the last nine months and can’t wait to see where his fitness journey will take him next.
Read MoreJennifer Helbing has been a long time client of Fit Crew, having joined the gym in the spring of 2017. Since then she’s fully immersed herself in health and wellness, giving it her all each and every time she walks through the doors for a FitCREW group class and reaping the rewards by lifting heavy and hitting new PRs. Despite having a busy schedule taking care of her children while also overseeing the Lower School at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School, Jennifer finds time to consistently train and make it work. She also makes mindful nutrition decisions with the help of her nutrition coach, Andrew.
One of the most impressive things about Jennifer’s journey at Fit Crew is how she gets her family involved and leads by example in her pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Two of her children, Maddox and Amelia, also come to the gym with her and we wouldn’t be surprised to see her youngest, Olivia, join the crew when she’s old enough.
